If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange or store credit. Exchange request for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be given a store credit less any shipping and handling charges. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original, new packaging, and resale-able condition.  Please know that there will also be a charge of $4.99 to process and ship the request. Customers are responsible for all S&H charges.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
