You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.  Most orders can and will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.  However, please understand that in rare situations, some items can be back-ordered or out-of-stock.  In the event this occurs, we will notify you immediately within 48 hours and you may either substitute the items ordered or you will be entitled to a full refund for your order payment.

After an order is shipped, you should receive the package no later than 2-5 business days (for U.S. orders) OR 10-14 business days (for Canadian/International orders).  Also, please know that all orders come with a FREE tracking confirmation number (U.S. orders only).
